$50K base + uncapped commission (OTE $90K–$120K+)

Monday–Friday | 100% Field-Based
About the Role
We’re working with a growing environmental services company expanding its sales team in Miami. This is a true outside sales role focused on building long-term business relationships, not just quick transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and win new business for commercial waste & recycling services
• Manage a local territory through daily outreach and in-person meetings
• Build proposals, pricing, and bids for potential clients
• Track contract renewals and position services ahead of expiration
• Attend networking events and connect with local businesses
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and retain accounts
• Keep accurate notes on clients, pricing, and competitors
• Maintain a strong pipeline and hit weekly/monthly targets

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Open to relocation for future growth opportunities
