This isn’t a desk-based account management role. You’ll be out meeting clients, solving problems, making things happen, and ensuring every SLA and KPI is hit — if not exceeded.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts — from mobilisation to delivery and renewals.
- Build trusted, long-term partnership with a key client.
- Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support technical teams on-site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards.
- Attend client meetings across the UK — typically 1–2 days per week of travel.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS5839 standards.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
- Confidence in managing high-value contracts and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
