Role Description

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Promote and educate healthcare providers on a diverse diagnostic portfolio including Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and related specialties.
  • Assess client needs and present customized solutions aligned with clinical and operational objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Actively engage with internal training programs, sales tools, and leadership guidance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with healthcare professionals, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Patient-focused mindset with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
  • 3+ years of medical sales experience with a strong track record and established provider relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
  • Proven ability in account development and relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and company policies.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call availability as needed
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) + Car Allowance + 401(k)
  • Work Location: Field-based / On the road
