Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Promote and educate healthcare providers on a diverse diagnostic portfolio including Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and related specialties.
- Assess client needs and present customized solutions aligned with clinical and operational objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Actively engage with internal training programs, sales tools, and leadership guidance.
- Maintain consistent communication with healthcare professionals, administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
- Patient-focused mindset with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
- 3+ years of medical sales experience with a strong track record and established provider relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
- Proven ability in account development and relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and company policies.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call availability as needed
- Compensation: Base Salary + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) + Car Allowance + 401(k)
- Work Location: Field-based / On the road
