To support this expansion, we are looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow our Dutch & German markets, working closely with our experienced sales & account management team.

🎯 Your Mission

  • Acquire & Manage: Develop a portfolio of B2B carsharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Client Relationship: Ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term partnerships, and maximize retention of our car sharing portfolio.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze market trends in Netherlands & Germany, providing insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Follow-up & Reporting: Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.

🔧 What You Bring

  • Fluency in German 🇩🇪, Dutch (C1/C2)🇳🇱 and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales expertise: Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Customer-focused mindset: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation skills: Persuasion, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
  • Autonomy & Organization: Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining a structured approach.
  • Knowledge of the automotive/mobility sector is a plus but not required.
