About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join an international cross-functional software development environment focused on advanced diagnostic systems and laboratory solutions.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of integrated, scalable, and reliable software products used in molecular diagnostics. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, System Engineers, and external development partners to deliver high-quality frontend solutions in an agile environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong frontend engineering expertise with leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in complex technical environments. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders to translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and develop modern frontend software solutions with focus on scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and implementation best practices
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and oversee technical deliverables from external development partners and ensure alignment with internal standards
• Mentor team members and support a collaborative and psychologically safe team culture
• Contribute to technical excellence and innovation within the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong expertise in React and frontend architecture with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience developing complex frontend applications in agile environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience coordinating distributed or external teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and creative approach
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster ownership and accountability within teams
• High motivation to contribute to impactful products and collaborative team environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Electron or Tauri
• Experience developing embedded user interfaces
• Knowledge of Rust, C++, or similar technologies
• Experience working in regulated environments or embedded systems development
