Role Overview

The Wholesale Account Executive, Major Accounts is responsible for managing and growing key wholesale partners. This role drives account performance, supports revenue goals, and ensures accurate execution across all aspects of the wholesale business from sell-in through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Performance & Reporting

• Support seasonal and annual revenue targets across major accounts
• Own sell-in and sell-through reporting and highlight risks and opportunities
• Monitor inventory and performance, recommending reorders or product adjustments
• Maintain accurate reporting and account data within NetSuite

Account Management & Execution

• Manage day-to-day communication with buyers and planners
• Oversee order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with EDI, routing, and account requirements
• Partner with Finance on chargebacks, deductions, and invoice issues

Market & Sales Support

• Represent the brand at market, trade shows, and key account meetings
• Support line presentations, assortment planning, and sell-in strategy
• Prepare market tools including line sheets and order templates
• Track and validate orders post-market

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance
• Align with Marketing on launches and account initiatives
• Communicate shipping timelines and inventory flow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of wholesale experience, with additional background in sales or merchandising preferred
• Direct experience managing major accounts and established relationships within key retailers
• Strong retail math and inventory understanding
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience supporting or attending market
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and clear ownership mindset
