Volunteer Opportunity: Web Developer (WP) AI Workflow Builder - National Preventive Health Movement (20–50%)

About Health2Wealth

We are a Swiss non-profit association dedicated to preventive health and increase the number of years people spend in good health (Healthspan) by five years from 71 to 76 years.

Today, people living in Switzerland spend on average 13 years of their lives with chronic and other severe diseases. Most people don’t know this and many don’t realize how strongly lifestyle and life environment shape chronic disease risk. We want to change that.

Through community, awareness campaigns, education and connecting the leading experts in Switzerland, we promote the importance of investing early in healthy personal lifestyle choices to reduce the risk for chronic diseases. We also promote in specific awareness around women's health as only then we can create equality in giving everyone the same opportunity to add more healthy lives to their lives.

We bring together individuals, experts, and forward-thinking organizations to drive meaningful change in health awareness and education. Our initiatives include several monthly online and physical events, publishing trusted health content from our experts, and fostering meaningful interactions through our social media channels.

Our ambitions are bold.

We aim to scale rapidly with a senior, passionate team - leveraging technology and AI wherever possible - to grow our network and community and make a lasting impact on the awareness and education of preventive health - to the benefit of everyone. Our next large milestone is the Swiss Healthspan Summit on June 18 in Zurich with a line up of influential speakers and thereafter we have larger expansion plans.

Role Mission

For our digital marketing and tech team, we are looking for an impact-driven Web Developer with strong WordPress skills who can help us build, improve, and automate our digital presence.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain our WordPress-based websites, landing pages, event pages, and digital platforms.

If you have interest and have phyton skills, you can support our mission with creating and connecting AI agents for automated workflows that make our organization faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Your work will be seen, used, and felt by people who are actively taking charge of their health.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve our WordPress websites, landing pages, microsites, and event pages.

Build

high-converting, user-friendly pages for preventive health events, education programs, community initiatives, and campaigns.

Translate

marketing and campaign ideas into functional, responsive, and visually appealing WordPress pages.

Ensure

smooth user journeys for event registration, newsletter sign-ups, content access, community engagement, and education programs.

Connect

our website with automated workflows across tools such as CRM systems, registration platforms, payment and accounting platforms, education platforms, forms, and analytics tools.

Develop

or support AI-based agents and workflow automations for repetitive tasks

Collaborate

closely with marketing, content, design, and leadership teams to bring new ideas quickly to life.

Support

daily communication needs by preparing web-ready assets, pages, forms, updates, and integrations.

Continuously

improve website performance, usability, conversion rates, and automation flows based on data and feedback.

Act

as an ambassador for Health2Wealth, engaging members, partners, and participants

✅ Your Profile

You are a hands-on web developer who enjoys building things that are useful, clear, beautiful, and scalable.

You should bring:

• Strong experience with WordPress, including page builders, themes, plugins, forms, landing pages, and responsive layouts

• Good understanding of UX, user journeys, conversion-focused design, and mobile-first development.

• Ability to turn ideas and AI compiled designs into functional pages quickly and independently.

• Experience integrating WordPress with external tools such as email platforms, CRM systems, event tools, community platforms, analytics, or automation platforms.

• Interest in AI tools, automation, and digital workflows.

• Basic technical understanding of APIs, forms, webhooks, databases, or no-code/low-code automation tools.

• Experience with tools such as Zapier, Figma, Gamma, Loveable, Claude, ClickUp, Github, Google Workspace, ZOHO CRMs, or similar platforms is a strong asset.

• Experience with Python is a strong plus, especially for building AI agents, workflow scripts, data processing, or automation logic.

• Experience with AI agent frameworks, Claude Code, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, workflow automation, or AI-assisted coding is a strong plus.

• A portfolio of live websites, landing pages, automations, or prototypes you are proud of.

• Fluent English. German and French are additional assets.

• Curiosity about preventive health, digital health, women’s health, longevity, community-building, and social impact.

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Willingness to contribute time and expertise on a volunteer basis to support a meaningful cause.
