- The opportunity: We are partnering with a European software company to find them a Strategic AE/AD who can drive multi-thread solutions sales to their existing customer base
- Location: Remote
The business:
- The business has a substantial existing enterprise customer base and is now moving decisively upmarket with a unified enterprise platform. This hire sits at the centre of that strategy.
- You will own a defined portfolio of approximately ~20 named enterprise accounts, representing over €Xbn in total ARR potential. The mandate is clear, drive structured, multi-threaded expansion across complex organisations, increasing both platform adoption and overall wallet share.
- This is a solution-led enterprise sales position, not a single-product role. Deal sizes range from €30k through to €300k+, with a mix of platform-level transactions and incremental expansion plays. You will drive the multi-thread sales motion
- The role carries a ~€1m - 1.5m annual quota.
The position:
- Owning and expanding a portfolio of named enterprise accounts (who have 1BN in ARR), through disciplined account planning and multi-threaded engagement.
- Running complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across IT, security, operations, and executive leadership.
- Driving a mix of large platform deals and incremental cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broader solution set.
- Positioning business value and technical outcomes to senior decision makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and VPs.
- Orchestrating internal resources, including sales engineering, partners, marketing, and customer success, to execute enterprise growth strategies.
- Maintaining strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, and excellent CRM discipline.
- Leading executive-level meetings, workshops, and value-based discussions, both remotely and in person.
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English speaker
- Proven experience selling enterprise software into large, complex organisations.
- A track record of consistently delivering against €1m+ quotas YoY
- Experience managing named enterprise accounts and driving expansion within existing customers.
- Strong experience across endpoint and cybersecurity platforms, including EDR and XDR, with working knowledge of endpoint management, identity-led security, and SOC tooling.
- Comfort operating in multi-threaded sales environments with long, consultative deal cycles.
- Confidence in engaging C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
- A structured, commercially minded approach to enterprise sales, and MEDDICC/ MEDDPIC sales framework
