What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage your own customer accounts by identifying shipping needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate rates and schedules to meet both client and carrier expectations while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure flawless execution of transportation services from pickup to delivery.
- Prospect and cold call potential customers to grow your book of business.
- Track and manage shipments 24/7/365 to ensure on-time performance and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally (requires Saturday half day shifts from 8am-12pm biweekly until commission is achieved).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
