TL;DR We are looking for a business-driven Account Executive to be Hedda’s first dedicated hire for the Norwegian market. You will own the full go-to-market in Norway - from building pipeline and closing complex B2B deals to establishing long-term customer relationships and helping shape how we scale across the Nordics. You will sell an advanced AI platform to construction and urban development companies, and play a defining role in Hedda’s next growth phase.

The Opportunity
As our first Account Executive dedicated to Norway, you will build and own Hedda’s presence in the Norwegian market from the ground up. You will drive high-impact sales processes with construction and urban development companies, work closely with founders, product, and engineering to translate real customer problems into clear value propositions, and lay the foundation for how we scale in Norway long-term.
This is not a "run inbound and close quick" role. You will sell transformational software with multiple stakeholders, varied sales cycles, and real strategic impact for our customers - while also shaping the playbook for an entirely new market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Norwegian market end-to-end: pipeline generation, deal execution, and customer relationships
- Build Hedda’s go-to-market strategy for Norway, including identifying the right segments, partners, and entry points
- Run complex sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement
- Identify and engage the right decision makers - Bid Managers, Business Development Directors, Project Managers, and C-level executives, primarily at construction and urban development companies
- Lead discovery to understand how Norwegian customers currently run their bid processes, where time is lost, and what winning or losing a contract actually means for their business
- Position Hedda as a strategic platform for competing smarter, not just working faster
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to tailor demos, pilots, and POCs to customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to continuously refine messaging, ICPs, and go-to-market strategy for Norway
- Share learnings from the Norwegian market back into the team to sharpen our broader Scandinavian expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in startups or scaleups within SaaS, software, or professional services
- Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling to companies in the Norwegian or broader Scandinavian markets
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and structure
- Strong commercial instinct combined with genuine curiosity about technology
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and high-growth environment
- Credible and structured in customer conversations, you know how to earn trust with experienced operators
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
Bonus Points
- Background selling into construction, infrastructure, or other project-driven industries
- Familiarity with how public procurement works in Norway (anskaffelsesloven, Doffin, tender processes)
- Experience opening a new market or being an early sales hire at a startup
- Experience working in or with early-stage or high-growth companies
- Experience selling AI or workflow software
- Swedish language skills
