Remote Application Developer – Mid-Senior Freelance

Join an exciting project to build a next-generation, mobile-first real estate engagement and intelligence platform designed for buyers, builders, developers, and brokers. This role focuses on developing the KMI PropertyScan Platform, a dynamic SaaS product that leverages QR-code-to-mobile experiences and is architected for future AI-powered features. The initial development phase will include dynamic QR code generation and management, mobile-optimized property pages, integrated lead capture forms, an admin dashboard with analytics, and a scalable backend for property and lead management. The platform is intended to serve a broad spectrum of real estate professionals, supporting tiered pricing and future expansion into advanced features such as SaaS billing, CRM, AI chatbots, predictive analytics, and enterprise APIs. Visual flowcharts and application workflows are provided to guide both end-user and admin journeys.

Deliverables

• Develop dynamic QR code generation and management functionality.

Requirements
