We're partnered with a well-funded Series B startup in the IoT and physical security space. Their platform gives large enterprises real-time visibility, automated maintenance, and cyber protection across every physical security device they run — cameras, access control, intercoms, and more. Fortune 100 customers across airports, hospitals, manufacturers, retailers, and universities. Customers consistently say they didn't know a solution like this existed — which means genuine pain, minimal competition, and a true evangelical sale.


About the job

You'll own the Midwest territory. The motion is land-and-expand: initial deals close in roughly 3 months at $25K–$75K, with expansions that go well into six figures. Proven conversion across industries. SDR team handles top-of-funnel. Small sales org of 6 AEs — you'll have real visibility and influence.


Must have

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales — security or IoT background strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to C-level stakeholders — CISOs, CIOs, VPs of Physical Security
  • Ability to build business cases and ROI models — buyers need to understand the cost of doing nothing
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including RFPs and negotiations
  • Comfortable with in-person settings, including tradeshows, industry events, and customer visits
  • Salesforce fluency and strong pipeline hygiene
  • Located in the Midwest


Nice to have

  • Background in physical security, OT, or industrial IoT
  • Experience selling into regulated industries — healthcare, airports, higher ed, manufacturing
  • Familiarity with firmware, compliance frameworks, or device lifecycle management concepts
  • Experience at a startup where the category didn't fully exist yet — evangelical selling background
