Posizione:
To strengthen our international Contract sales organization, we are looking for one freelance Business Developers based in Madrid.
The goal is to develop the respective markets in the design & furniture sector. The role will report to the Contract Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned market
- Build and nurture relationships with architecture and interior design firms
- Establish contacts with developers, general contractors, corporate clients, and hospitality accounts
- Manage the contract channel and follow opportunities/projects end-to-end, from initial lead to closing, coordinating with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Office, and Interior Design teams
- Monitor market and competitors; attend trade fairs/events and networking activities
- 3–5 years of experience in business development / sales in the design & furniture and/or contract sector
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, and strongly results-oriented
- Strong sensibility for design products and brand positioning
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Fluent Spanish
- English and Italian are a plus
