Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance, distribution, merchandising, and special programs for assigned chain and wholesale accounts.
- Maximize volume, revenue, profit, and shares using data analytics, fact-based selling and storytelling techniques.
- Develop and present customer-specific annual plans aligned to both internal sales objectives and customer growth targets.
- Lead and participate in category management initiatives; develop and present business reviews that support Swisher’s brand portfolio and drive customer success.
- Oversee store resets and coordinate sales coverage in partnership with field sales teams.
- Provides brand and category priorities to multi-functional resources, such as Territory Managers
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and aligned with account strategy.
- Attend and represent Swisher at trade shows and industry events to support business development and strengthen customer relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of progressive Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience
- Must be at least 21 at the time of employment
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Travel: This role requires 50% of travel, including overnight stays. Travel expectations vary based on assigned territory and may change according to business needs.
Preferred
- 7+ years of CPG sales experience
- Graduated from Swisher’s Vision Program
- Previous experience as a Special Projects Manager or Sales Development Manager
