We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is key to driving business growth through developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and align them with available talent
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Attend networking and industry events to generate new business leads
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in staffing or recruitment sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of the staffing industry and market trends
  • Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
