Compensation
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
- Lead customer strategy and business performance across wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and distributor partners
- Direct and manage broker performance to ensure execution excellence
- Develop and execute wholesale channel strategies aligned with company priorities
- Manage trade budgets, promotional strategy, and customer-specific financial components
- Drive flawless execution of new item launches, resets, and merchandising programs
- Monitor business performance and proactively adjust plans to deliver revenue and distribution targets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–7+ years of progressive CPG sales experience
- Experience with wholesale, distributor, or regional grocery customers
- Broker management or partnership experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and trade budget management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners as an individual contributor
- Experience managing or partnering with brokers
- Familiarity with wholesale, distributor, or regional retail dynamics
- Proficiency with syndicated data and distributor/customer reporting tools
- Experience applying category insights to drive customer growth
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with agility
