Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Consistently meet or exceed sales performance objectives including but not limited to: individual and team revenue/account base growth, prospecting and Internet product sales.
Grow account base by continuous acquisition of new customers within assigned territory, develop marketing plans, sales presentations and proposals as appropriate.
Retain and penetrate existing accounts though application of professional account management skills, including providing on-going in-field service and customer website assistance.
Maintain accounts in good business standing including timely collections, execution of multi-week contracts, good credit account standing.
Deliver the highest quality advertising production through creative ad design, error-free ad layouts and customer show-proofs. Maintain less than 1% error rate at all times.
Develop a “Local” presence in the assigned territory community. Attend relevant merchant association and Chamber of Commerce meetings to develop rapport in the business community.
Uncompromising adherence to production deadlines, and advertising copy requirements and specifications. Maintain accurate records/reports as required.
Adherence to all Sales Policies and Practices, and all other Company Policies.
Attend all sales and marketing business meetings and product training meetings, when scheduled.

Education And/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one year related sales experience in Outside Sales.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, computer operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Computer Skills
Computer literate, MS Windows, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hand to handle, finger or feel, reach with hands or arms. The employee will be regularly required to walk, stand and reach with arms.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Driving in various types of weather conditions; field work which entails prospecting and meeting with customers in various types of business locations up to ½ to 2/3 of the time on the job
Working at a desk or keyboard (sitting) up to 1/3 of the time.

As this is an outside sales position, outside weather conditions will apply. Traditional office may not be available to those assigned to “Work Anywhere” as remote personnel.
