We’re looking for a Senior/Creator Partnerships Executive who is passionate about the creator economy and has keen interest in supporting Hepmil Creators’ Network to be the leading Creator Network in Singapore.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Creator Engagement & Network Growth

  • Engage and build relationships with creators across Singapore and regional markets.
  • Support onboarding of creators into the network and coordinate schedules, deliverables, and submissions.
  • Participate in creator engagement initiatives such as events, workshops, and community activations.
  • Identify emerging creators and contribute ideas to grow and strengthen the creator network.
  • Plan and lead creator engagement efforts for specific segments or campaigns, including identifying creators to recruit and managing recruitment discussions (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


2. Campaign Execution & Partnership Delivery

  • Support or manage creator campaign execution from briefing through to delivery.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content submissions, and creator deliverables.
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear creator execution guidance.
  • Review creator content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Independently execute smaller-scale partnership programs end-to-end, including resolving campaign issues and ensuring delivery success (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


3. Concept Development & Creative Problem Solving

  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
  • Generate ideas to improve creator engagement, content quality, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing, platforms, and creator culture.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to campaign challenges and independently refine partnership approaches (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).
  • Apply trends and platform insights to improve campaign strategy and execution (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


4. Trends & Creator Economy Insights

  • Stay informed on trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, and emerging platforms.
  • Share observations on content formats, platform updates, and creator behaviour shifts.
  • Contribute insights on how trends can be applied to campaigns.
  • Independently analyse trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for creator strategy and campaign improvements (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


5. Communication, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, strategy, creative, and account management.
  • Communicate campaign requirements and timelines clearly to creators.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Lead discussions with creators and internal stakeholders, including negotiations on rates, deliverables, and expectations (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).
  • Resolve misalignments or conflicts independently and ensure alignment across stakeholders (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).
  • Present campaign updates or ideas confidently to internal teams (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and content effectiveness.
  • Support preparation of reports and campaign summaries.
  • Maintain accurate creator and campaign data.
  • Independently interpret campaign data, derive insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns (for Senior Creator Partnerships Executive).


Requirements:

  • Has 1–2 years (Creator Partnerships Executive) / 2–3 years (Senior Creator Partnerships Executive) of experience in multi-channel network (MCN), project management, account servicing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, advertising agency, or related fields.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Keen understanding of the digital media landscape and creator economy
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/IG and other social media platforms such as Youtube, Xiao Hong Shu, lemon8, etc
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with delving into data to find insights to present to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams
  • Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong appetite for change and growth in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite tools and Keynote
