工作职责:

  • Establishing proactive and two way communications with multiple functional departments in customer organization.
  • Visits to customers and making commercial presentations in cooperation / coordination with HQ/PL
  • Proactively observing business opportunities, conducting initial analysis, and rationalizing the opportunities within the region sales group.
  • Support region sales manager to define quotation strategy with PL/KAM and finalizing quotation package to customer.
  • Negotiating with customer on new business, productivity, tooling, claim and other commercial terms.
  • Creating and maintaining customer response mechanisms that can address customer requests timely
  • Observing competitor movements and collecting intelligence about technology development, price/cost level, footprint, and etc.
  • Customer payment management, including AR/OD/ED&T reimbursement.
  • Support account manager for sales planning and forecasting
  • Other related activities assigned by Region Sales Manager

任职条件:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, quantitative majors such as mechanical engineering or finance
  • Good Spoken and Written English or German
  • 8 years+ working experience in automotive industry and 2 years+ in commercial area (experience with Chassis system preferred)
  • Proficient computer skill
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 standard & related experience
