At Wasteer, we use AI to analyse incoming waste streams and detect unwanted objects, helping waste facilities run more efficiently and safely. With more than 35 customers across Europe, as we expand across 10 European countries and additional waste streams, our mission is to make the industry more transparent, efficient, and sustainable. We are looking for Account Manager who will partner with clients day to day to drive adoption, performance, and real operational improvement.

What You Can Expect
As a Partner Manager (Mid-Level), you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing strong relationships with our partners and clients across Europe. Communication is at the heart of this role, combined with a solid understanding of both software and hardware solutions.
- Manage and develop relationships with partners and clients across Europe
- Travel regularly to visit partners and customers on-site
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear, reliable, and transparent communication
- Understand partner needs and coordinate with internal product, tech, and business teams
- Support partners with a strong understanding of WASTEER’s software and hardware solutions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term growth
- Represent WASTEER professionally in meetings, workshops, and events
What You Should Bring With You
- Background in waste, utilities, environmental services, industrial IoT, or other operational industries is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Additional European language skills are a strong plus. Preferred French or Italian
- Several years of experience in a Partner Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of software and hardware-based products
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Valid driver’s license
- Structured, proactive, and independent working style
