Account Executive (Full-Cycle) – B2B SaaS – Berlin Hybrid - Up to €100k OTE + uncapped commission
I’m working with a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS business building the next generation of marketing and service technology for German SMEs. The company is scaling quickly and looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive to take ownership of the sales process from first contact through to close.
Overview:
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation and closing
- Run engaging product demos and consultations with qualified and self-generated leads
- Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success to bring customer feedback into the product
- Track and optimise your sales funnel and conversion metrics
- Experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable managing CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Structured, organised and commercially driven
- Mother tongue German and English (B2+)
