The Opportunity
Our client is hiring a Founding Account Executive to help meet growing inbound demand and shape the go-to-market motion from the ground up.
You will work directly with GTM leadership to:
- Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
- Run high-impact product demos for senior stakeholders
- Build relationships with executive-level buyers
- Help define and refine the sales playbook
- Expand into new customer segments as the company scales
Typical deal cycle: 3 to 4 weeks from demo to close, supported by a dedicated post-sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead discovery, demo, and closing conversations with senior decision-makers
- Execute a consultative sales approach in a highly analytical buyer environment
- Iterate on messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Represent the company at events and conferences
- Travel occasionally for key meetings and presentations
- Partner closely with product and leadership to continuously improve outcomes

Who You Are
- 1+ years of full-cycle closing experience, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
- Comfortable selling to senior, highly analytical stakeholders
- Able to learn and communicate complex, technical products clearly
- Consultative and credible in high-stakes conversations
- Motivated by building and shaping systems, not just executing them
- Thrives in an in-person, high-collaboration environment
Compensation & Benefits
