💰 OTE: $170K–$230K + Equity

    The Opportunity

    Our client is hiring a Founding Account Executive to help meet growing inbound demand and shape the go-to-market motion from the ground up.

    You will work directly with GTM leadership to:

    • Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
    • Run high-impact product demos for senior stakeholders
    • Build relationships with executive-level buyers
    • Help define and refine the sales playbook
    • Expand into new customer segments as the company scales

    Typical deal cycle: 3 to 4 weeks from demo to close, supported by a dedicated post-sales team.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead discovery, demo, and closing conversations with senior decision-makers
    • Execute a consultative sales approach in a highly analytical buyer environment
    • Iterate on messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
    • Represent the company at events and conferences
    • Travel occasionally for key meetings and presentations
    • Partner closely with product and leadership to continuously improve outcomes

    • Consultative and credible in high-stakes conversations
    • Motivated by building and shaping systems, not just executing them
    • Thrives in an in-person, high-collaboration environment

    Compensation & Benefits

    • OTE: $170K–$230K (50/50 split)
