About The Role
Autopilot is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales and contribute to the company's growth in the robotics and automation sector. This is a hands-on role for an individual who is passionate about sales and marketing automation and wants to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales leads across various industries.
- Maintain a detailed and data-driven sales pipeline in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and automation strategies.
- Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance sales processes.
- Provide feedback on product pricing, positioning, and ideal customer profiles.
- Assist in refining sales playbooks, messaging, and overall sales processes.
- Act as the internal representative for customer feedback.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for robotics, automation, or emerging technology products.
- Proven full-cycle closing experience.
- Strong skills in discovery and value-based selling.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern go-to-market tools.
- Comfortable working in an environment with less defined processes and contributing to their development.
- Deeply data-driven and systems-oriented.
- Energized by ambiguity and taking ownership in an early-stage company.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Non-capped Commissions
