- Reach3 Insights considers many factors including the successful candidate's skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.

- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business with senior and executive-level clients.
- Communicate Rival's mobile-first, premium sample and panel value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of sample access methods, market research approaches, and the broader consumer insights ecosystem.
- Act as a strategic advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating how Rival's conversational, mobile-based approaches drive smarter business decisions.
- Evangelize the value of mobile-first, real-time consumer intelligence and its impact on insights and analytics functions.
- Present and sell Reach3 Insights consulting solutions when appropriate.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and a best-in-class client experience.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights to help shape the company's go‑to‑market strategy and solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency; able to conduct product demos independently.
- High competency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce and SalesLoft (or similar), along with MS Office and Slack.
- Strong sales discipline—goal-oriented, process-driven, and consistent in activity management.
- Builder mindset: thrives in change, ambiguity, and high-growth environments.
- Curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
- Competitive, persuasive, and motivated by achieving sales targets.
- Lead‑by‑example attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
- Passion for helping clients achieve impactful results.
- Experience in consumer insights or insights sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within market research, sample/data solutions, or insights technology.
- Demonstrated experience selling B2B or B2C insights, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
