Location: Remote (Costa Rica)

Required Skills

Strong experience in Full Stack Development

Frontend: React JS, HTML, CSS

Backend: Java, Spring Boot

API Development with strong understanding of:

REST APIs

API standards and best practices

API integration

Knowledge of MuleSoft

Database experience:

SQL

Database design and querying

Ability to:

Elicit and understand business requirements

Represent the development team in client discussions

Coordinate work with offshore teams and clients

Handle stakeholder communication effectively

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications

Design and develop APIs using Java Spring Boot

Collaborate with frontend and backend teams

Work closely with clients to gather and clarify requirements

Coordinate deliverables with offshore resources

Ensure adherence to coding standards and API best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience working in distributed/global teams

Problem-solving and ownership mindset
