The Role: Strategic Hunter & Relationship Architect


We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with relentless "Hunter" DNA. You aren’t managing a territory; you are architecting a category.


Your Mission:


  • Own the Segment: Lead the end-to-end success of a defined nonprofit vertical.
  • Target the Elite: Execute against a strategic Top 50 Target List and a pool of 100+ high-potential accounts.
  • Expand the Footprint: Grow an existing book of clients primed for AI adoption.
  • Close the Complex: Navigate enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close, focusing on high-value contracts and contribution margin.


Key Responsibilities:


  • High-Velocity Pipeline Building: Execute a rigorous outbound discipline averaging 50+ high-value touches daily across Phone, Email, and LinkedIn. Leverage AI and other tools to research prospects and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Full-Cycle B2B SaaS Sales: Own the entire journey—from self-initiated outreach and SDR-generated discovery calls to final negotiation and close
  • Sales Tech & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain 100% accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce data, including real-time updates and meeting notes to ensure business predictability
  • Strategic Expansion: Identify and close opportunities to move clients from initial products to full platform adoption, iPaaS, and managed services
  • Executive Presence: Position the MADTECH.AI ecosystem as a trusted advisor to senior executive-level stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors), solving complex challenges in donor analytics, reporting, and digital maturity
  • Field Presence & Networking: Engage senior stakeholders at local industry events and regional conferences to build brand awareness. Requires travel up to 15%.
  • Lead by Example: Serve as the lead practitioner for the inside sales team, modeling excellence in prospecting, discovery, and high-stakes closing

You will be responsible for selling a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform including a suite of integrated tools that allow you to meet a nonprofit at their point of need and expand the relationship over time:


  • Consultative Benchmarks: High-value market research and peer benchmarking studies to drive immediate insights and entry into new accounts
  • iPaaS & Audience Data Management: Unified data integration and transformation, hygiene, and enrichment that every nonprofit faces
  • Decision Intelligence Hub: Drive adoption of our core AI-powered decision intelligence hub
  • Managed Services: High-value professional services and outsourced expertise to help nonprofits and their suppliers scale their internal capabilities


Required Qualifications


  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, software, or data/analytics to U.S.-based nonprofits
  • Performance: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
  • The "Hunter" DNA: Deep experience in outbound-led sales motions, including cold calling and account-based sales/marketing
  • AI Proficiency: Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate routine tasks and enhance sales effectiveness
  • Intellectual Curiosity: The ability to master a technical AI product and communicate its value simply to non-technical stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you can influence the company’s trajectory
  • Local Presence: Must be able to work in-person at our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters


Preferred Qualifications


  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the U.S. nonprofit ecosystem, including CRMs, fundraising platforms, and donor tools
