About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer with strong technical skills, product thinking, business understanding, and the ability to build AI-powered solutions for real operational problems.

This role combines full stack development, AI integrations, API integrations, frontend engineering, backend development, and ownership of functional product features. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex workflows, identify automation opportunities, and turn ambiguous ideas into useful, scalable software.

Compensation and Contract Type

This is an independent contractor role with a compensation of $2,500 USD per month.

The selected candidate will work under an independent contractor agreement and will be responsible for managing their own taxes, benefits, and any applicable local obligations according to their country of residence.

What You’ll Do

You will work on web applications, AI agents, internal tools, customer-facing platforms, dashboards, document-processing systems, automations, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities include building modern interfaces with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript; developing backend services, APIs, business logic, and database connections using Python and PostgreSQL; integrating AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools; and creating AI-powered systems capable of analyzing information, processing documents, generating outputs, and supporting operational decisions.

You may also contribute to systems related to RFP analysis, blueprint processing, estimate generation, email automation, CRM updates, customer support agents, document extraction, scheduling workflows, and operational intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in full stack web development.

Solid knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Git/GitHub.

Experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, structured outputs, JSON responses, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG systems, or automation.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms is highly valued.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom automation systems.

Experience building B2B products, SaaS platforms, ERPs, CRMs, dashboards, internal tools, or workflow management systems.

Interest in construction technology, field services, operations automation, and enterprise AI systems.
