Account Executive – Netherlands Market Launch (SaaS, Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 Dutch proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You Will Do
- Be our first Account Executive for the Netherlands. Build the foundation for future growth.
- Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs).
- Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed.
- Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.
- Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.
- Knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics.
- Passion for innovation in renewable energy.
- Strong closer with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent Dutch (C2) and English communication and presentation skills.
