LIXIL EMENA is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager to represent GROHE across the Limburg, Antwerp and Vlaams‑Brabant regions. This is a high‑autonomy, field‑based role where you will act as the face of a premium global brand, strengthening relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and showroom partners while driving measurable commercial impact.

About The Role

As Account Manager Wholesale & Retail, you will lead GROHE’s commercial execution across your territory. You will build strong rapport with wholesale staff, showroom consultants, installers, and buyers, ensuring GROHE’s products are prominently displayed, confidently recommended, and consistently stocked.

The role is 90% field‑based, giving you the independence to manage your visit cycles, prioritise high‑potential accounts, and maintain strong visibility across the region. Success in this role requires high energy, resilience, and the ability to influence stakeholders in busy wholesale and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence & Sales

  • Manage and grow relationships with major wholesalers such as Facq, Van Marcke and Desco.
  • Drive both sell‑in and sell‑out performance, supporting wholesalers in improving installer sales.
  • Execute a structured visit cycle across Limburg, Antwerp and Vlaams‑Brabant.
  • Discuss pricing, contracts, and market conditions with customers.
  • Influence buyers and counter staff, handling objections with confidence.

Retail & Showroom Execution

  • Ensure showroom displays are clean, functional, and aligned with GROHE brand standards.
  • Implement and monitor national promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty programmes.
  • Deliver in‑store product and sales training sessions (Breakfast Sessions, Lunch & Learns).
  • Position GROHE’s value proposition effectively against competitors.

Brand Representation & Territory Presence

  • Act as the face of GROHE across the region.
  • Build instant rapport with wholesale staff and contractors.
  • Maintain strong visibility and consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Operate independently while staying aligned with commercial priorities and promotional cycles.

About You

You bring a blend of commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and relationship‑building strength. You thrive in a road‑based role, enjoy meeting customers, and are motivated by delivering tangible commercial results.

You will succeed here if you are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing both hunter mentality and farmer‑style relationship management. You enjoy influencing stakeholders, navigating technical product discussions, and representing a premium brand with confidence.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of commercial or sales experience, ideally 2–3 years in B2B.
  • Experience with technical, construction, or trade‑related brands, or within wholesale/showroom environments.
  • Understanding of margins, rebate structures, and promotional mechanics.
  • Comfortable explaining plumbing concepts and technical product features.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • CRM and commercial sales experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and good in English; French is a plus.
  • Driving licence.
