Sharepoint Developer

The SharePoint Developer supports CHM by designing and delivering scalable SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline business processes, and improve user experience. This role exists to translate business needs into efficient, user-friendly applications while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and technology strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx and Power Platform tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications to support operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain integrations using .NET, JavaScript, React, and SharePoint APIs.
• Implement automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 development or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with C#/.NET and SharePoint Online environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Exposure to UI/UX principles for application design.
