We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support the delivery, coordination and execution of client projects and commercial activations across the Sonic ecosystem.
About the RoleThis role sits at the centre of client engagement, operational delivery and platform coordination, working closely with:
- Sonic leadership
- commercial partners
- technical delivery teams
- clients and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience across SaaS, technology platforms, digital products or IT project environments and be comfortable operating between commercial and technical teams.
As a growing technology business, Sonic operates in a fast-moving and evolving environment. The role and broader operational structure will continue to develop as the business scales, with an initial review period after the first three months to assess priorities, responsibilities and future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate active client projects, activations and delivery workflows
- Manage timelines, deliverables and project reporting
- Liaise across Sonic, commercial partners and technical teams
- Support onboarding, implementation and campaign readiness
- Track project actions, dependencies and escalations
- Participate in weekly WIP and governance meetings
- Support testing, Proof of Performance activities and deployment coordination
- Assist with CMS setup and campaign workflows
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and delivery partners
- Support presentations, reporting and operational updates
- Contribute to improving scalable delivery and governance processes
Preferred experience includes:
- 3–6 years experience in account management, project coordination or delivery management
- Experience within SaaS, technology, digital platform or IT delivery environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and accountability
Additional experience beneficial:
- SaaS platforms, mobile apps or digital products
- Software implementation or integration environments
- Media, retail media, sport, events or digital activation
- Working across technical and commercial stakeholder groups
