As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Account Manager to support and expand strategic client relationships across Orange County. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship‑focused staffing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys healthy competition, and is motivated by delivering results while building long‑term partnerships.
About the Role
As a Account Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of client engagement—driving both short‑ and long‑term staffing initiatives across your assigned accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, deepening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality talent solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and expand existing client accounts by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margin
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers, building strong, long‑lasting relationships
- Manage the end‑to‑end client lifecycle, including pre‑sales, post‑sales, and ongoing account support
- Develop and execute account growth and retention strategies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers to uncover new opportunities
- Maintain a strong and transparent pipeline within assigned accounts
- Manage and track client‑defined SLAs, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to communicate client needs and ensure candidate alignment
What You Bring
- Must have 4+ years of experience in staffing agency sales or account management
- Proven success in a client‑facing, fast‑paced staffing environment
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to grow and defend accounts
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn and social platforms for relationship building and opportunity development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working with tracking and reporting tools
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
- A high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
