You will be responsible for defining our brand identity, overseeing high-quality production (F&B/Creative), and managing high-performance digital campaigns. About the Role
As a Marketing & Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and driving our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction: Maintain the brand’s visual and tonal integrity across all touchpoints. You will oversee the creative pipeline, ensuring that all F&B/Product production (photography, videography, and styling) meets premium standards and resonates with our target demographic.
- Full-Funnel Digital Management: Lead the strategy for all digital platforms (Social Media, Web, Email). You will be responsible for the "always-on" organic presence while ensuring the brand remains relevant to shifting algorithm trends.
- Performance Marketing & Ads Optimization: Manage and optimize paid budgets across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You must be able to audit ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and adjust targeting strategies to minimize acquisition costs.
- Integrated Offline & PR Strategy: Conceptualize and execute offline activations, pop-ups, and events. You will act as the primary point of contact for PR agencies and media partners, securing earned media coverage and high-value strategic partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the product/kitchen team for seasonal launches and the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate directly into revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in food and beverage marketing, including event promotions and campaign management
- Strong background in event marketing and execution, from concept development to post-event reporting
- Excellent command of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and tools
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
- Collaborative, resourceful, and results-oriented team player
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailjet, and Asana
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Required Skills
- Production Oversight: Experience managing professional shoots; an "eye" for aesthetics in F&B or lifestyle content.
- Technical Ads Mastery: Proven track record of managing five-figure monthly ad spends with a focus on conversion and attribution.
- Relationship Management: Strong networking skills for negotiating PR cooperation and managing external vendors/influencers.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary range: THB 65,000 – 70,000+ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
