Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals - while partnering closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver meaningful, measurable value to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to close
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target manufacturing & industrial accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across operations, IT, and leadership teams
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored business cases aligned to customer priorities and ROI
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and generate high-quality pipeline
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer value
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
- Represent Poka at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within SaaS
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate product value into business outcomes
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Willingness to travel (up to :40%) to engage customers and prospects
