Senior Account Manager – Beauty (Ulta Account)

📍Chicago | Remote

💰Up to $120k DOE

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, trend-led beauty brand that’s making serious waves in the beauty space, driven by innovation, strong values, and a loyal customer base. They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of their Ulta business, driving both performance and expansion.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the Ulta account strategy end-to-end, from joint business planning through to execution
  • Own and drive customer account strategies to deliver revenue and profit growth
  • Lead joint business planning and execute strong retail growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain senior-level retailer relationships across key beauty accounts
  • Manage forecasting, merchandising, assortment planning, and distribution strategy
  • Develop and present strategic sales plans, QBRs, and business reviews
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Lead promotional planning and sell-in strategies to maximize retail performance
  • Analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and syndicated data to identify opportunities
  • Improve reporting, forecasting tools, and business processes to support decision-making
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects


What they’re looking for:

  • 6+ years’ experience in beauty or CPG sales, with strong Ulta exposure
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key retail accounts
  • Commercially sharp with solid P&L ownership experience
  • Confident working with data, forecasting, and advanced Excel
  • A hands-on, proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
