A leading global semiconductor company is expanding its commercial presence across EMEA and is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth across automotive, industrial, mobile, and wider electronics markets. This is an individual‑contributor role with strong strategic impact and future progression potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities across assigned accounts while identifying and securing new business in key EMEA markets
  • Grow revenue and profitability by expanding existing accounts and winning new high‑value customers
  • Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and act as the link between customers and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of IC or semiconductor sales experience across EMEA
  • Strong technical understanding of analog and digital ICs
  • Established customer network across automotive, industrial, mobile, or related sectors
  • Proven track record in account growth, business development, and closing complex opportunities
  • High energy, drive, and a growth‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a home‑based role within Germany
  • Ambition for future leadership progression
