We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cyber Security Account Executive to join our client’s expanding sales team in North Germany. This is a specialist role, focused on building trusted relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their cybersecurity challenges, and driving adoption of advanced security solutions.
The successful candidate will be a cybersecurity specialist with strong sales expertise, capable of engaging at C-level and positioning security technologies as business enablers. You will be responsible for new business acquisition and account growth, working closely with pre-sales, technical, and partner teams to deliver outstanding value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts in North Germany.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CTO) and key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor—educating clients on evolving threats, compliance needs, and risk management.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, solution architects, and channel partners to design and deliver tailored security solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and account plan within CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and cybersecurity forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Manager within the cybersecurity industry (minimum 3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and frameworks (e.g. threat detection, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, IAM, SIEM, SOC).
- Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level deals and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Full professional proficiency in German (native-level preferred) and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel within North Germany for client meetings and events.
