Job Summary

The Account Manager, Affiliate Brand Partnerships manages and grows our affiliate brand partner portfolio—building relationships, optimizing performance, and scaling the affiliate program through strategic collaboration. This role owns day-to-day partner communication, performance reporting, and program execution in close partnership with internal teams, with a strong focus on growth. We build transparent, genuine partnerships that create long-term value for our partners and our fundraising participants.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent RaiseRight so your affiliate brand partners see RaiseRight as the first and primary outlet for custom content and offers and a publisher that drives results for a good cause.
  • Build transparent, genuine partnerships with brand partners, affiliate networks, and agencies through clear communication, follow-through, and shared goals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate brand partners, from onboarding to ongoing optimization
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and recruit high-performing brand partners
  • Act as the primary contact for affiliate brand partners—answer questions, resolve issues, and keep communication flowing
  • Create custom marketing and merchandising packages for key brands or use a standard media kit to present partner marketing opportunities that merchandise offers and deals across RaiseRight channels
  • Build and maintain a partner Marketing & Merchandising growth pipeline, setting outreach targets and iterating on strategies to expand the program
  • Plan and manage a promotions and placement calendar to keep affiliate offers timely, accurate, and well-merchandised
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align promotions and initiatives
  • Work alongside analytics team to pull and present partner performance recaps and insights (# of participants using each brand, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and more) to guide optimization and next-best actions
  • Make recommendations to Product team regarding affiliate strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
  • Work alongside Merchandising and Product teams to monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI

Requirements

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Partnerize)
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to turn performance data into recommendations
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust and strong, long-term relationships with your accounts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer marketplace environments
  • Experience negotiating contracts or commission structures
  • Experience with pitching presentations and some sales background
  • Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
