Once you have acquired new customers, you will support and develop them so they can experience the added value of our exclusive B2B matchmaking platform in a lasting way.
In your role, you will:
Identify, qualify, and approach potential customers to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Proactively approach new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn and initiate valuable conversations.
Understand your customers' challenges through thorough needs analysis and offer suitable solutions.
Build trust and credibility through competence, reliability, and genuine customer focus.
Take full responsibility for your acquired accounts – with close support and a focus on satisfaction and success.
Act as a strategic partner to your customers and build long-term collaborations together.
Work closely with internal teams to align goals, share insights, and ensure the highest service quality.
Monitor market trends and continuously expand your knowledge to optimally understand customer needs.
What you bring to the table:
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
A proactive, results-oriented work style and the desire to grow in an international environment.
The ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
What we offer:
Performance is rewarded: An attractive compensation package with a fixed salary, commission, and an additional starting bonus to support you in building your pipeline.
