As an Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in steering and strategizing the development efforts of our talented team of software developers.

Your tasks

• Design and implement high-quality iOS applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into our iOS applications
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers remote, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals
• Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes related to software development
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
• Implement and enforce coding standards, ensuring the reliability and performance of iOS applications
• Identify and address technical challenges, proposing effective and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your profile

• Studied in Computer Science or in a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an iOS application developer
• Proficient in Objective-C and Swift
• In-depth knowledge of iOS back-end services
• Working knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines
• Working knowledge of Git, REST API
• For security issues, work is only possible onsite in our office in Aachen
