We’re partnering with a growing fleet leasing company to hire a driven Account Executive ready to hunt, close, and build something from the ground up 💼🔥


This is not a “maintain accounts” role — this is a true hunter position where you’ll generate your own pipeline, close new business, and build a long-term book of clients in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.


You’ll be selling tailored fleet leasing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (10–200 vehicles) across industries like construction, HVAC, and logistics 🚛

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing


  • Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage your own pipeline (HubSpot)
  • Run consultative sales processes and present tailored solutions
  • Close new deals and drive revenue growth
  • Build long-term client relationships (not a churn-and-burn environment)



🔎 What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (consultative, long-cycle)
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and own results
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a requirement



🧩 Nice to have


  • Experience in fleet, automotive, or related industries
  • Existing book of business
  • Experience with ZoomInfo



💰 Compensation


  • Base: $100,000 – $115,000+
  • First-Year Earnings Potential: $150,000+
  • Commission: $500 per unit
  • Long-term earning potential continues to grow through retained client accounts and recurring vehicle replacement cycles



🏢 Work Setup


  • Seattle, WA
  • Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)
  • Mix of field sales, client meetings, and remote work
