Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive/Assistant Manager - Accounts, located in Chennai. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting procedures, preparing financial statements, maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Candidates will collaborate with team members to support the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and audits, along with overseeing vendor payments and assisting in financial planning. The role also requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.


Qualifications


Educational Qialification: CA(inter) Completed or CA(Final)any one group completed


  • Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST regulations, and taxation procedures
  • Experience in account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and ledger management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software Tally Prime
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
