About Our Client:
An early-stage AI infrastructure startup building agentic AI platforms for embedded systems, IoT, edge devices, and intelligent hardware ecosystems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Partnering
Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across fintechs, banks, NBFCs, and enterprise clients. Act as a trusted advisor helping clients unlock measurable business value through the platform.
Client Onboarding & Enablement:
Drive seamless onboarding and implementation journeys, ensuring quick go-live timelines, strong product adoption, and successful technical integrations.
Account Expansion:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding client business challenges and uncovering new use cases aligned with evolving product capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to solve customer problems, drive integrations, and ensure long-term account success.
Success Planning & Retention:
Own account health metrics, proactively mitigate churn risks, and execute strategic engagement plans to improve retention and expansion.
Product Influence:
Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing market insights, client feedback, and integration learnings with the product and leadership teams.
Executive Business Reviews:
Lead regular business reviews with leadership stakeholders, showcasing platform impact, adoption progress, and future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Fintech in India
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Exposure to AI products, AI tooling, or AI-led ecosystems
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementations and technical integrations
- Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams during onboarding/go-live stages
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs and senior leadership teams
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving, experimentation, and figuring things out independently
