Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager/Account Sales Manager located in Capitol Heights, MD. The manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets, nurturing strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to sales teams, developing sales strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth and development within the territory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to develop strategies and meet sales targets
- Strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to sales teams
- Competency in Sales Management, including overseeing performance and optimizing territory growth
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in the retail or food industry is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
