Engaging Partners is a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner and developer of CommercePro, an eCommerce solution built for HubSpot.
We specialise in designing, implementing, and scaling revenue operations on the HubSpot platform.
Across the APAC region, we work with mid-market organisations - particularly associations and membership bodies - to implement and support HubSpot. Globally, we help businesses implement and maintain CommercePro.
We’re a specialist, tight-knit team of practitioners. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be supported by experienced solutions engineers and HubSpot experts across delivery.
You’ll manage a portfolio of HubSpot clients, supporting them through their lifecycle (Design, Activate, Realise, Evolve). This is a consultative role with growing commercial responsibility - focused on client retention, expansion, and long-term value, with support on key strategic relationships.
- Build strong client relationships and support commercial outcomes (retention, growth)
- Contribute to Design with Solutions Engineers (strategy, scoping)
- Support Activate/Realise with Project Managers (alignment, delivery oversight)
- Identify and progress Evolve opportunities (expansion revenue)
- Translate client goals into HubSpot and lifecycle strategies
- Support QBRs and stakeholder engagement (with senior leadership involvement)
- Provide performance insights and optimisation recommendations
- Manage account plans, forecasts, and opportunities
- 4–7 years in CRM, digital, or account management roles
- Strong consultative mindset with emerging commercial ownership
- HubSpot experience highly desirable (or similar CRM/MA platforms)
- Exposure to marketing, sales, and service operations
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work alongside experienced HubSpot and RevOps practitioners
- Direct exposure to leadership and key client relationships
