Account Executive

A leading global consultancy specialising in Financial Services is seeking a driven Account Executive to support its expanding commercial team. This Account Executive role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and engaging clients to supporting proposals and helping win new consulting work.

The organisation partners with some of the world's leading banks and insurers, delivering high-impact transformation projects. With deep industry expertise and real-world client experience, they are recognised as a strong alternative to traditional large consultancies, helping clients solve complex commercial and operational challenges.

This Account Executive position is ideal for someone commercially minded who wants to build a career in consulting, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop strong business development and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support new business opportunities through research, outreach, and prospecting
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Support client meetings, capturing insights and contributing to opportunity progression
  • Help prepare proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses
  • Conduct market and client research to identify growth opportunities

About You:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Financial Services, consulting, or a commercial/client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with an interest in consulting and Financial Services
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving ability
