Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with local distributors, retailers, key accounts, and strategic partners.
- Expand offline sales channels, including modern trade, general trade, pharmacies, and beauty stores.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets and business KPIs.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, annual contracts, and joint business plans.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sell-out performance, competitor activities, pricing, and execution quality.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and business growth.
- Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, payment collection, and account health.
- Provide regular business reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Support new product launches and build brand presence in local markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales / Key Account Management, / Distributor management (modern trade experience required).
- Experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, skincare, grooming, or retail industries preferred.
- Existing network with distributors, retailers, or key accounts is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in local language and English; Chinese is a plus.
