Responsibilities:
- Achievement of revenue targets, New Product Sales (NPS) for Siemens EDA, Siemens DISW, Qt, WR from North region customers for private accounts/ commercial market.
- Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual Sales targets are met.
- Accurately Forecast business and funnel generation activities within the territory.
- Develop , maintain, and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Industrial, Semicon, Defense & new startups.
- Develop and implement new sales/Marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Work closely with the Application engineering team to ensure continuous customer demo/ support
- Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of effective solution selling experience to commercial accounts from different industry vertical such as, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial , Semicon, Engineering Services , Startups etc
- Good track record in Sales quota achievement & new logos acquisition
- Should have experience in selling and setting up meeting with Senior Executives and Department Heads
- Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner.
