Responsibilities:


  • Achievement of revenue targets, New Product Sales (NPS) for Siemens EDA, Siemens DISW, Qt, WR from North region customers for private accounts/ commercial market.
  • Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual Sales targets are met.
  • Accurately Forecast business and funnel generation activities within the territory.
  • Develop , maintain, and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Industrial, Semicon, Defense & new startups.
  • Develop and implement new sales/Marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Work closely with the Application engineering team to ensure continuous customer demo/ support
  • Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of effective solution selling experience to commercial accounts from different industry vertical such as, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial , Semicon, Engineering Services , Startups etc
  • Good track record in Sales quota achievement & new logos acquisition
  • Should have experience in selling and setting up meeting with Senior Executives and Department Heads
  • Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner.
