Founding Account Executive at FinTech Startup

We are rebuilding how ad dollars move. We have built a charge card plus software platform for agencies and brands to manage ad spend, unlock credit, and automate cash flow.


We are hiring our first Account Executive. You will go from 0 to 1 on pipeline, deals, and sales motion.


What You Will Do

  • Source and close net new business
  • Sell to agencies and high ad spend operators
  • Run tight, high conviction sales cycles
  • Build the playbook as you go
  • Work directly with founders daily


Who You Are

  • You have closed real deals (SaaS or fintech)
  • You do not wait for pipeline, you create it
  • You are comfortable in chaos and move fast
  • You care about winning


Comp

  • OTE: $240K to $300K
  • Meaningful equity
