What you’ll do
- Grow revenue within an existing portfolio of clients through high-quality account management
- Identify and deliver up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions
- Demonstrate the business value of LexisNexis products using data and insight
- Share market trends and customer feedback with Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing thought leadership and expert product knowledge
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B account management or selling tax, SaaS or other complex products
- Comfortable using AI-driven tools and insights to improve customer outcomes
- Commercially minded, target-focused and proactive
- Strong communication, planning and relationship‑building skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally
